Firefighters were able to treat a pup suffering from smoke inhalation at an overnight apartment blaze.
Los Angeles Firefighters are being hailed as heroes today for their work rescuing a wheelchair bound woman and her dog from a burning apartment building.
As first reported by NBC, the Koreatown blaze broke out just after midnight in the 100 block of South Oxford Street. It was quickly contained, but Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters found a pup suffering from smoke inhalation. They went to work with lifesaving measures to rescue the pup, patiently treating it with oxygen and water until it was revived.
