10 Year Old Jadyne Needs a Bone Marrow Transplant

The Espinoza family in El Cerrito needs your support! Their ten year old son Jadyne is intelligent, kind hearted, and has a wise soul. He is the kid who will brighten your day. Jadyne loves to experience life and finds humor in everything. In November, a week before Thanksgiving, Jadyne was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, a blood disease, and will need a bone marrow transplant to finally be healthy.

Matches are based on ancestry and DNA. Jadyne is 75% Latino and 25% Irish, Polish, and French Canadian. 4% of donors on the national registry are of mixed heritage.

For the 12,000 patients searching for their life-saving marrow donor, transplant is their best or only chance for survival and most people don’t realize they have the power to be that patient’s cure

To join the registry, you must be between the ages of 18-44, in general good health, and willing and committed to donating to any patient in need.
