6 People Shot In 2 Days In Richmond
One person remains in critical condition, police said.
RICHMOND, CA — Six people were shot in the past two days in Richmond, leaving one in critical condition, police said Thursday.
The shooting Wednesday occurred in the 600 block of South 20th Street sometime before officers responded there at 3:49 p.m. Four people suffered wounds that were not life-threatening. Two of them took themselves to a hospital.
The shooting Thursday happened in the 400 block of Chanslor Avenue, next to Lincoln Elementary School. Officers responded at 3:42 p.m. following an alert by ShotSpotter technology.
