All lanes have reopened after an accident involving an overturned vehicle closed two lanes on westbound Interstate Highway 80 in Richmond this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The accident was first reported at 4:35 a.m. near the Cutting Boulevard off ramp, CHP officials said.
