One person was injured and more than a dozen were displaced in a fire at an apartment in Richmond on Saturday night, fire officials said. Firefighters responded at 10:28 p.m. to the 2400 block of Nevin Avenue in response to an apartment fire. Richmond fire officials said the fire broke out in the bathroom of a fourth-floor unit. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, but residents of six units were displaced. Firefighters said about 15 people were displaced.
