Attempted Double Homicide: Homeless Man Arrested At BART Station
Two men were shot with arrows over the weekend.

EL CERRITO, CA — A man was arrested at the El Cerrito BART station around noon on Tuesday. He is accused of attempted double homicide after two men were shot with arrows alongside the San Francisco Bay Trail last Saturday. Both men underwent surgery for their injuries and are still hospitalized.
The man arrested is 22-year-old Addae Preciado, described as a homeless man from Albany by the East Bay Regional Park District Police Department. The attacks happened in their jurisdiction.
Preciado is described as an acquaintance of the victims and the attack is described as targeted.

The attack happened at a homeless encampment alongside the Bay Trail, south of Central Avenue in the city of Richmond.
Preciado will be booked into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on two counts of attempted murder, according to Park District Police.
