Benefit Concert for Kumamoto Earthquake Victims
Sycamore Church is holding a special benefit concert for the people of Kumamoto, Japan on May 22 at 1 pm. Please help us support them.

After the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in the Tohoku region of Japan, Sycamore Congregational Church UCC helped organize a number of ways in which the wider community could help the victims as directly as possible, with important and gratifying results.
Similar work is underway now for the victims of the Kumamoto earthquake. We are offering a benefit concert on May 22 at 1 pm, featuring piano and viola, a slide show and sharing of information. Please plan to invite your neighbors and families in joining us in collecting donations. For those unable to attend in person, checks may be written to Sycamore Congregational Church UCC with "Kumamoto Benefit Concert" in the memo line.
Sycamore has made arrangements to send donations directly to the Kyushu District Office of the United Church of Christ-Japan, which is prepared to distribute funds to individuals, organizations, and churches in the area.
