at Wen Wu School
This is a great way for former students to "jump start their practice" or for current students to gain more confidence. Each session includes:
*warm-ups
*acupressure massage
*walking, standing, and sitting meditation
*tea offering
*practices of the entire first set
Body mechanics, coaching and corrections, and identifying the points to align in each movement will be emphasized
Friday, July 1st will begin with a review of the last, and then third quarter of the form. Saturday, July 2nd will focus on the review of the second quarter and beginning quarter of the form
