Police on Thursday found the body of a 34-year-old man at a bus stop in Richmond, a police sergeant said Friday.

Officers were called around 7 p.m. to a bus stop in the 900 block of 23rd Street, Abetkov said. “We got there and it appeared he had been there for a little bit,” Abetkov said. “(He) was found sitting on a bus stop, unresponsive.”

There was no apparent criminal activity and nothing suspicious about the death, Abetkov said.
