Deadline For School Open Enrollment Period Nears

EL CERRITO, CA - Students in the West Contra Costa Unified School District who wish to attend a school other than their school of residence can apply for a transfer during the Open Enrollment period, which ends this Friday, Feb. 12.

Applications are available in the District’s transfer office, at any school, and on the District website. A current utility bill (such as PG&E, water or garbage) under the parent’s or guardian’s name is required with the application.

Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the transfer office at 1108 Bissell Ave., Richmond, CA, 94801. They can also be submitted by email totransferoffice@wccusd.net, or by fax at (510) 620-2085.

The transfer office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact the transfer office at (510) 307-4535.
