ECHS Theater Presents "Rosencranz and Guildenstern Are Dead"

El Cerrito High School students will be performing Tom Stoppard’s “Rosencranz & Guildenstern Are Dead” directed by Theater teacher/director Carmen Bush on Friday November 21 at 7:30, Saturday November 22 at 7:30 and a Sunday Matinee on November 22 at 2:30. Tickets will be sold at the door for $10 adults, $5 for students and senior citizens.

Tom Stoppard’s best known play is the inventive tale of Hamlet as told from the perspective of two minor characters in Shakespeare’s play, transformed to the Laurel and Hardy of their day.

Intermediate theater students learned set building and tech theater skills to support the schoolwide fall play.

Theater swag to benefit the program will be sold in the lobby.

The ECHS Performing Arts Theater is located at 540 Ashbury Avenue in El Cerrito.
