El Cerrito Package Thief Caught on Video, Police Say
Do you know this man? Police are looking for him.
EL CERRITO, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of stealing a package off of an El Cerrito porch. Police say video surveillance captured the theft in the 2600 block of Arlington Boulevard around 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 30.
According to police, the suspect may be a door-to-door solicitor because he appears to have a yellow lanyard and identification badge around his neck. He is described as an Asian male with a thin mustache. He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was wearing gold sunglasses, a Nike brand blue shirt and blue jeans.
