25th Annual Harmony Walk to End Hunger

Please join Supervisor John Gioia and other West County residents this Saturday at the 25th Annual Harmony Walk to End Hunger.

All ages and walking abilities are welcome at the event, which starts with a free pancake breakfast at 8 a.m. at the Richmond Civic Center Plaza, followed by an 8:30 a.m. rally. The walk starts at 9 a.m., winding through city streets to return to the Plaza with a family festival that includes a petting zoo, live music, and food.

This event is hosted by the Greater Richmond Interfaith Program (GRIP), and presented by Chevron and all proceeds will benefit the GRIP Family Housing Shelter, which offers emergency and transitional housing, and the SOUPER Center, which provides free meals to an average of 80,000 people annually.
