5 week Shape up

Join a great group of neighbors comited to loosing weight, strengthing, toning, and increasing their endurance. 

We work out to music.   10 minute warm up,  20 minute dance/cardio   30 min strength/stamina/fund 10 minute stretch and cool down

Monday  10am  and 11am level 2
