5 week Shape-up program

5 week Shape up Program for $50.  Up to 5 days a week

Mon/Wed 10am-11am

Tue/Thurs 6pm-7pm

Sat 9am-9:30am

The basic format is

3 slow songs= warm up, 

6-8 fast songs to establish a pace that

  1. Buns calories,
  2. Train for endurance, and
  3. Focus on tightening the mid section. 

1-2songs = strength. 

2 songs =cool down

 

Strategy:

We repeat simple dance and strengthening moves at an increasing intensity.  I will add in something different each session to create muscle confusion and the  prevention of plateauing.

 

After your first 5 weeks you will :

  1. Increase your stamina
  2. Increase your strength and balance
  3. Develop more muscle- muscle burns more fat

Each 5 week session will ask you to 'step-up" to another level of health fitness.
