The basic format is
3 slow songs= warm up,
6-8 fast songs to establish a pace that
- Buns calories,
- Train for endurance, and
- Focus on tightening the mid section.
1-2songs = strength.
2 songs =cool down
Strategy:
We repeat simple dance and strengthening moves at an increasing intensity. I will add in something different each session to create muscle confusion and the prevention of plateauing.
After your first 5 weeks you will :
- Increase your stamina
- Increase your strength and balance
- Develop more muscle- muscle burns more fat
Each 5 week session will ask you to 'step-up" to another level of health fitness.
