Never danced? No problem! Dance away stress, improve your balance and get weight-bearing exercise while learning basic line dancing steps. You'll learn how to count music while doing grapevines, shuffles, etc to music. Take one or two sessions of the Absolute Beginner class to learn the basic steps and then join the Beginner Plus class on Tuesday nights for even more fun!
