Whether we author a life change or are written upon by circumstances, transitional times bring discomfort and confusion along with the potential for growth, healing and renewal. This experiential workshop will introduce ideas, practices and tools for transforming the anxiety of change into a creative and spiritual journey that can lead to life-affirming choices and thoughtful plans for the next chapter. Topics include: natural cycles of creative renewal; reviewing and harvesting the past; embracing uncertainty; identifying internal sources of authenticity, vitality and meaning; visualizing a desired future; inner-directed decision-making; revising life stories; and balancing reflection and skillful action. The day will include brief presentations, collage and writing exercises, guided imagery, personal reflection and sharing, and peer support.

The workshop is for adults considering or facing a transition (e.g. career or relationship change, empty nest, menopause, retirement, aging) who want to craft a new life chapter; adults wanting to renew or revise their current path into one with less stress and more life.
