Invite your family and friends to dinner at and you can help fill up The Bear Pantry, a food bank for low-income student parents at the University Village.
On Friday, Sept. 16 Pasta Pomodoro in El Cerrito Plaza will donate 20% of your bill to The Bear Pantry. Just print out the flyer and bring it with you.
The Bear Pantry was started by a resident of the in Albany. Since many student families often have a hard time making ends meet, The Bear Pantry is there to provide a box of groceries to student families going through tough financial times.
