John Finger Demonstrating His Watercolor Techniques

 On Monday, April 9, 2012, John Finger will give a demonstration of his watercolor techniques at the El Cerrito Art Association. Best known for his beautiful plein air California landscapes, John also paints other subjects and works in a variety of media. He has traveled extensively around the world visiting art centers and collections, drawing from the works of masters, and sketching and painting areas of interest and natural beauty.

The meeting will be held in the Garden Room of the El Cerrito Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane in El Cerrito. The evening begins at 7:00 pm with social time and a “mini art show” of members’ work. A brief business meeting is held at 7:30, followed immediately by the speaker.
