2011 winners of the El Cerrito Art Association monthly mini art shows are showing their artwork at the El Cerrito Library through Feb. 29, 2012.
Almost 20 artists and a wide range of media and subjects are represented. All the works were winners in a popular member vote at one of 2011's monthly meetings.
