The Persatuan Gerak Badan (PGB) school of White Crane Silat (WCS) was founded in Bogor, Java in 1952 by Grandmaster Suhu Subur Rahardja. White Crane Silat offers a huge diversity of training and self-cultivation opportunities appropriate for everybody, independent of age, gender and physical condition. Alongside primary self-defense science and technique, silat also offers a wide range of specific health movements.
