With this series of gentle body movements, Yoga Mudra (hand gestures), meditative breathing, and chanting, you will be able to develop joint flexibility, strengthen joints and muscles, and reduce pain, stress, and high blood pressure.
No experience needed. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Classes are free! Towel and yoga mat optional. All movements may be done from a chair if desired.
First Saturday of the month, holidays excepted.
