An easy, hour and a half walk past some of El Cerrito’s loveliest neighborhoods of cute homes in the north part of town, where we also visit Poinsett Park to see its creek and WPA rock walls, and walk on several pathways. Saturday, April 14. Meet Dave Weinstein at Del Norte BART Station at 3:45 p.m. for a short carpool, or at 4 p.m. at Poinsett Park, corner of Poinsett and Harris avenues, where the hike begins.
