Ages 50+
A program designed to encourage walking as a healthy life style for adults 50+. Ride on the new Senior Center shuttle bus to regional parks and other interesting places. Walk as you connect with other seniors. Walks are usually 1 to 4 miles, and are generally easy to moderate in difficulty. Bring a bag lunch. Walk schedule and registration lists will be available at the Albany Senior Center on the first business day of the month. You must register in person at the Albany Senior Center.
