Figure Drawing, Figure Painting, & Portrait Drawing Classes; six week session beginning in February

New Session starts in February for upcoming Figure Drawing, Figure Painting, and Portrait Drawing classes offered at West Contra Costa Adult Education. Courses are taught by El Cerrito artist Deb Danziger, who received her MFA in painting from New York Academy of Art. Classes are for students at all levels and they offer a grounding in technical skills while allowing for students to grow at their own pace and ability. Students work from a live model in the figure drawing and figure painting classes and take turns being the model in portrait drawing classes. The upcoming session runs for six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays as follows:

Figure Painting -Tuesdays from 10 am – 1 pm (beginning on 2/24)
Portrait drawing – Tuesdays from 2 pm – 5 pm (beginning on 2/24)
Figure Drawing – Thursdays from 2 pm – 5 pm (beginning on 2/26)
Classes cost $75 for the six week session, plus model fees where applicable
