Firefighters have controlled a one-alarm fire in North Richmond where power lines went down this evening, a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher said. Fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire shortly before 7 p.m. in the 500 block of Grove Avenue, the dispatcher said. The blaze at a single-family residence was under control around 7:30 p.m., according to the dispatcher. The dispatcher did not receive any reports of injuries.
