Free Lecture..."Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion", by Professor Bill Garrett

Free Public Lecture...Sunday, March 6, 10:00 am, Unitarian Universalist Church of Berkeley

Professor Bill Garrett has a Ph.D. in religion and philosophy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. For 40 years, he's taught courses in the history of ideas, including religion, culture, philosophy and literature. He has taught at JFK University, San Francisco State and at UC Berkeley. For the past 12 years, he's been teaching with the Osher Lifelong Learning Program and teaches regularly at the Fromm Institute in San Francisco.

Bill's very timely presentation will be on Jonathan Haidt's book The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion!
