Free Lecture..."Dveikut in Jewish Mysticism: The Direct Experience of the Beloved" by Rabbi Tsvi Bar-David

Free Lecture, September 4th at 9:30 am, Unitarian Universalist Church of Berkeley


Rabbi Tsvi Bar David
is founder and director of Beit Simchah...the House of Joy, whose
mission is to provide workshops in Jewish Mysticism and Sacred Ecstatic
Song. He's taught Jewish spirituality for many years, is a hospital
chaplain, has served as a methadone counselor and spiritual counselor
and also has worked with prisoners in the prison system.
His topic will be "Dveikut in Jewish Mysticism: The Direct Experience of the Beloved".
