Free Seminar: Nov 12, 9:30 "Doing What You Love as a Pilgrimage" by Jeanne Foster, Fireside Rm. at UUCB, 1 Lawson Rd, Kensington, CA 94707.

Jeanne Foster is a Professor Emerita of English Literature and Creative Writing at Saint Mary’s College, co-editor of Appetite: Food as Metaphor, an anthology of poems by women (BOA), a poet and author of several books, the latest of which are Goodbye, Silver Sister and The Living Theater: Selected Poems of Bianca Tarozzi. She is also a Unitarian Universalist minister and is currently a Worship Associate at UUCB, where she also sings in the choir. She will be selling some of her books after the seminar.

”Doing what I love has lead me on a pilgrimage to Tuscany, where I met a Florentine woman who is a true inspiration, Grazia, and her pilgrimage of love.” In “Doing What You Love as a Pilgrimage” she will share some thoughts on how what you love can be a pilgrimage.
