Goodwill Store Shaping Up Near El Cerrito Border
The Goodwill Store that's replacing a former Blockbuster video outlet at San Pablo and Brighton avenues, less than a block south of El Cerrito's border, got big blue letters installed on the building Tuesday.
We'd like to thank contributor Betty Buginas for these photos taken Tuesday showing the progress in readying the new Goodwill store for its upcoming opening at San Pablo and Brighton avenues in Albany, less than a block south of the El Cerrito border.
The store replaces a former outlet that occupied the roughly 5,325-square-foot retail space.
When Goodwill won last July, the company said the store would be open Mondays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Donations were to be accepted during the same hours at an indoor counter on the north side of the lot.
