Local Terrorist Given Lenient 90-Day Sentence After Planning to Bomb Neighbors
William Celli, a self-proclaimed Donald Trump supporter, built a bomb and threatened to use it on a Muslim-owned store in Richmond, CA.

The Arlington Market is a beloved spot in East Richmond Heights, co-owned by two brothers and their cousin. Their families live nearby and their children attend a local public school. Many of the children's schoolmates and their parents use the store as an after-school meetingplace. William Celli would happily have destroyed all of them for no other reason than his own twisted hatred of their religious background. But instead of being treated as a terrorist, he has been given a lenient sentence that will put him back within walking distance of the store.
Celli, 55, posted a message on Facebook that seemed suspicious to an old high-school acquaintance. It was her report to local authorities that led to an investigation that found an active homemade bomb in his home. Celli admitted that he planned to use it to blow up the store.
