Man Arrested After Allegedly Trying to Stab Neighbor Over Ongoing Feud
Police arrested Wilson Ceda, 55, after he allegedly wielded a knife and tried to stab his neighbor in the 2200 block of Ohio Avenue.

A 55-year-old Richmond man was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly trying to stab his neighbor and refusing to come out of his apartment, a police captain said today.
Officers took Wilson Ceda into custody after he allegedly wielded a knife and tried to stab his neighbor in the 2200 block of Ohio Avenue over an ongoing dispute, Richmond police Capt. Bisa French said. French said police responded around 9:30 p.m. to reports of a man brandishing a knife and threatening to kill his neighbors.
When officers arrived on the scene, Ceda, who was intoxicated, went inside his apartment and refused to come out, the captain said. Police negotiators and SWAT team members were eventually able to get him to exit his home and arrested him on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
