SAN FRANCISCO, CA — BART Police arrested a man at the El Cerrito del Norte station on Sunday at around 7:15 p.m.
Leauthry Carpenter, 22, of San Francisco, was arrested for battery.
In addition, he was issued a BART prohibition order barring him from BART property.
