Need A New Job, El Cerrito? Caltrans is Hiring

Caltrans currently has nearly 130 job openings throughout the state, for such positions as maintenance workers, engineers, staff managers, office technicians, dispatchers -- and even a ferryboat master for the East Bay-Solano County area.

Monthly salaries range from roughly $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the role and applicants’ experience. Most openings are listed as full-time.

A couple postings do have application deadlines for today -- July 31. So don’t delay, and good luck!
