EL CERRITO, CA — We've all seen the oblivious driver who doesn't seem to notice signs warning of an upcoming cone zone. While everyone else is merging left or right, that driver just keeps on going.

The CHP recently shared a photo of an East Bay cone zone incident where the driver blew past the "exit closed" signs and stopped just in time! Can you imagine the discussion between the CHP officer and the driver?
