"Play Ball!" at Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop

The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, are suiting up for a time-honored special event, Take Me Out to The Ballgame. Be the first one at the gate for the season opener on Tuesday, April 3; first pitch-10 a.m. You won’t believe the line up!

Talk about bases loaded, you are sure to find an assortment of Oakland Athletics and San Francisco

Giants merchandise, specifically, clothing and caps. Warriors’ items and West Coast collegiate

merchandise are also available, for a steal. This is a something-for-every fan event.

This just in—a signed, authenticated Willy Mays baseball and trading card, mounted on a display board,

is a must have! A growing opinion asserts that “The Say Hey Kid” is possibly the greatest all-around

baseball player of all time.

When you “root, root, root for the home team” with your generous donations and purchases, you virtually

hit it out of the park by improving the lives of those on our “bench” who are vulnerable. Go Team Caring
