RICHMOND, CA — The Golden Gate Audubon Society calls Pt. Isabel a "birding hotspot" with dozens of species on hand each day. Jack Scheinman snapped this photo of an egret wading in the water, unfazed by the nearby debris. Point Isabel Regional Shoreline is part of the East Bay Regional Park system.
