My good friend Jane Fischberg, president and executive director of Rubicon Programs, nonprofit provider of integrated housing, training, employment and mental health services, opened a window into her world and her big-hearted colleagues who provide so much support to the disadvantaged and disenfranchised people right here in our local communities.
