Sideshows Mar Thanksgiving Weekend In Oakland Area

OAKLAND, CA — Sideshows were reported around Oakland over the weekend, including one purportedly on Oak Street that's been posted on YouTube. (See video below)
Police have not announced any arrested or injuries involved in the sideshows.
In Emeryville, police requested help from Oakland PD just after midnight Sunday when about 100 cars and several hundred people showed up for a sideshow.

There were reports of gunfire, but police say that turned out to be fireworks.
The revelers also set small fires. When police officers put out the fires, bottles were thrown at them. No injuries were reported and no arrests were announced.
