Small Fire at Chevron Refinery Wednesday Morning
The fire was reported at the Richmond facility at 10:45 a.m.
Construction sparked a small fire at the Chevron refinery in Richmond this morning, Chevron officials said.
The fire started at 10:45 a.m. at a non-operating unit at the refinery.
It was quickly controlled and did not impact refinery operations or area air quality, according to Chevron.
