EL CERRITO, CA — A major power outage in El Cerrito is over. At its height Monday afternoon, 2251 customers were without electricity.
The outage started at 1:50 p.m., and while PG&E had hoped to have all power restored by 4:30 p.m., the electricity was all back on earlier.
