Up in the Sky! It's ... Tic Tac Toe?
Here's some fodder for those who suspect that powers above are playing games with us mortals below. This cloud formation was caught on camera by Tom Abate, who said, "With a skywriting pencil I could take on heaven."

I was coming out of a meeting Friday when I looked up and saw a pattern in the sky that immediately struck me as a tic-tac-toe board. Or a noughts and crosses template as it is called in British Commonwealth countries.
It was nothing special, nothing important, just a bit of whimsy writ large.
