There were lots of smiles and picture-taking at the Lucky Supermarket in El Cerrito Plaza late Tuesday afternoon when Brandon Rush, a member of the Golden State Warriors, stopped by to sign autographs and pose for photos with eager fans. The "<a href="http://www.nba.com/warriors/corp_partners/meet_brandon_rush.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Meet Brandon Rush!</a>" appearance was scheduled between 5 and 6 p.m., with the first 200 fans promised autographs. Rush, 26, joined the Warriors this season, his fourth as a pro. After a starring role with the University of Kansas Jayhawks, whom he led to the NCAA title as a junior, he began his NBA career with the Portland Trail Blazers before being traded to the Indiana Pacers.
