This is a fabulous showcase of the latest craze in martial arts, Poomsae. This is a demonstration form of non-contact style as competitors seek to perform specific self defense moves in perfect form. A great way to keep fit, learn self defense and not have to hit anybody! Direct from Korea, Poomsae has attracted competitors from 8-80 with students from Robinson's TKD in Elk Grove performing at this 5th anniversary event at American River College on Saturday, September 7 beginning at 9am. Tickets are still just $10 per person, kids 5 and under free, with plenty of free parking.
