I am writing this to inform all parents in Elk Grove of an incident that occured with my son, Dakota Ratcliff. While he was coming through the Bel Air parking lot on Elk Grove blvd and Waterman rd a kid twice his size walkled up to him and told him to drop his backpack he refused and the kid knocked him on the ground and, then he and another kid jumped on him and, kicked him and punched him in the head repeatedly. That in itself is bad enough but with my son being a Hemophiliac he was in a potentialy dangerous situation. He recieved a concussion and, has to miss a week or longer of school and I am getting no cooperation from the authorities so, if any one knows how to get a police report instead of the run around or, if any one is or, knows a witness to the incident please contact me at (916) 617-1969.
