Bank Of America is currently under Investigation by all 50 states and has been found guilty of fraud for overcharging customers. Tell The Elk Grove City Council along with Occupy Elk Grove on January 11, 2011 to divest its funds from Bank Of America and to invest them locally in a Credit Union or Community bank!
