At-Risk Man Located (Update)
Angelito "Sam" Cabaccang has been missing since Tuesday morning.

Local police are asking for the public's help in locating an at-risk man who went for a walk Tuesday morning and never came back.
Angelito "Sam" Cabaccang, 48, has a brain injury "that affects his memory and cognitive functions" and is diabetic and has seizures, the Elk Grove Police Department said in a press release.
The press release continues:
"Angelito Cabaccang was last seen this morning around 6:30 a.m. when he left his residence in the 9500 block of Hutton Drive to go for a walk. Cabaccang is described as a Filipino male adult, 5’5”, 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue "NYPD" baseball cap, a dark colored shirt, gray basketball shorts and black Nike tennis shoes. Cabaccang also has a tribal tattoo on the upper part of his right bicep along with a large surgical scar on the top of his head.
"Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Angelito Cabaccang is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246."
