Saw quite a few police cars near Elk Grove creek off of Emerald Vista. They had caution tape around creek overpass. I contacted the Elk Grove PD via their twitter account and received this response:
@ElkGrovePD: @EGlaguna A deceased male was found on a nearby trail. No signs of foul play at this time.
