Elk Grove Fine Art Center's Big Day of Giving!
We
invite you to our Big Day of Giving Event, Tuesday, May 6th, from 10:00 am – 7:00
pm at the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center, 9080 Elk Grove Boulevard, Elk Grove,
CA 95624. We will have many
activities going on at the art center on this day, including FREE Tile-Glazing
for donors of $25 or more, art demonstrations, and a mini-workshop by Kanika
Marshall, where for a $30 donation you will be able to paint and take home a
clay pendant. There will be refreshments during this festive occasion as
well!

The Big
Day of Giving is a 24-hour fundraising event from 12:01am – 11:59 pm on May 6th
to benefit local non-profit organizations. Donations to Elk Grove Fine Arts Center of $25 or more can
be made online during this time by going to www.givelocalnow.org on your (or
our) computer, and will be matched both locally and nationally through
GiveLocalNow, and GiveLocalAmerica.

We
also have several incentive prizes for our online donors, in the form of
donated art by David Peterson, and Valery Kazak. The FIRST donor of the 24-hour period, the LARGEST donor
during that time, and a MYSTERY donor will all be able to choose a piece of
fine art after the final tally for the event!
We
hope to raise $5,000 toward our operating costs on this important day of giving
to local non-profits. Please join us, and help support our non-profit art
center as we work to keep art ALIVE in Elk Grove!
