Earth Day eWaste and Shredding Event

The Laguna Creek High School Band Boosters need your help.  Our high school's band instruments are aged and well-loved.  They have been in use since the high school opened in 1994.  Unfortunately, the only way to get them repaired is for the Band Boosters to raise the money.  Therefore, the LCHS Band Boosters are holding an eWaste and Shredding Event on Earth Day, April 20, 2013.  eWaste is free and will be collected from 9am to 3pm by All Green Electronic Recycling.  In addition, Shred-It will provide document shredding from 9am to 1pm for a donation to the Band Boosters.  The Band Booster are asking $5 per banker's box.  Finally, the Band Boosters will be collecting household batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, and 9 volt) for a small donation of $1.  These will be disposed of at the County's recycling center.

eWaste items accepted are anything with a circuit board: televisions, computers, monitors, cell phones, DVD or VCRs, printers, game consoles, etc.  Also All Green collects ink and toner cartridges.

The Laguna Creek High School Band Boosters thanks you in advance for anything you can recycle or shred!
